Paid Features: List products for showcase (requires one-time payment)
Browse and discover products uploaded by other users

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address or sign in with Google
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings

4. Product Listings

Listing Requirements

To list a product on Predlo, you must:

Pay the required one-time listing fee
Own all intellectual property rights to the content you upload
Provide accurate and truthful information about your product
Ensure your product complies with all applicable laws

Content You May Upload

When listing a product, you may include:

Product names and descriptions

Content Review Process

All submitted products undergo review and moderation before appearing on the platform
We reserve the right to reject any product listing that violates these Terms
Review process typically takes 1-2 business days

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may NOT upload or list:

Products that infringe on intellectual property rights
False, misleading, or deceptive content

Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Prohibited Behaviors:

Attempting to circumvent our review process

6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Payment Terms

Listing Fees

Product listing requires a one-time payment processed through Paddle
All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
Prices are subject to change with notice

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 1 (one) week of your product listing payment
After 1 week, no refunds will be provided

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method

8. Content Management

Your Rights

You may delete your uploaded content at any time
Deleting content does not entitle you to a refund after the 1-week refund period

Our Rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

9. User Interactions

Platform Limitations

Users cannot contact each other directly through our platform
Predlo serves as a showcase platform only
We do not facilitate transactions between users
Any business dealings between users are conducted independently

Reporting System

We will investigate reports and take appropriate action
False or malicious reports may result in account suspension

11. Limitation of Liability
